Shipping policy

SAUCES: Most sauce orders ship within 2–3 business days. Orders are shipped via Standard or Priority service, based on your selection at checkout.

MERCHANDISE (Platters, Aprons, Hats): Merchandise items are custom-printed and made to order, and therefore require additional processing time. Orders ship within 4–7 business days directly from our printer. Merchandise ships separately from sauce orders and includes Free Standard Shipping only. Please note: The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is implementing a temporary 8% price increase on shipping services from April 26, 2026, to January 17, 2027, affecting Ground Advantage and Priority Mail to offset rising transportation and fuel costs. We offer reduced shipping prices and have not passed on the increases to our customers.
