Returns & Exchanges
Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All orders are considered final sale. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at thebottlemerchant@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Damaged Goods
If your product arrives damaged, please email us with pictures of your damaged goods and damaged packaging and we will replace the damaged item(s). E-mail: the bottlemerchant@gmail.com
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Returns/Replacements/Refunds for Merchandise (Aprons & Platters)
Our merchandise is custom-printed made-to-order, therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you received an item that is damaged, defective or not the correct product, please notify us immediately upon receipt via email: thebottlemerchant@gmail.com to receive further instructions to receive a replacement/resolve the issue.
Once a return agreement is established and your merchandise item return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status. If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed as a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
