Our story kicks off at The Burger Garage, a burger joint in Long Island City, Queens, NYC, where we served up award-winning burgers and hot dogs starting in 2010. It was here that Saucy Peppers was born — a spicy, savory sauce crafted to make every meal unforgettable. With the perfect blend of fire-roasted jalapeño peppers and soy sauce, Saucy Peppers turns ordinary dishes into bold masterpieces. So good, it even made its way onto Food Network | Cooking Channel's Burgers, Brew & ‘Que hosted by Chef Michael Symon.
Our commitment to quality and bold flavor didn’t happen by chance — it’s in our DNA, shaped by generations of passion for great food. Our culinary roots trace back to 1926, when our great-grandfather opened New York City’s iconic Palm Restaurant steakhouses—laying the foundation for a legacy of legendary taste that inspires everything we do.
