  • When will my order ship?

SAUCES: Most sauce orders ship within 2–3 business days. Orders are shipped via Standard or Priority service, based on your selection at checkout.

MERCHANDISE (Platters, Aprons, Hats): Merchandise items are custom-printed and made to order, and therefore require additional processing time. Orders ship within 4–7 business days directly from our printer. Merchandise ships separately from sauce orders and includes Free Standard Shipping only. Tracking number(s) will be provided once your order ships. Any shipping questions, please email thebottlemerchant@gmail.com.

  • How do I place an order for more than 12 jars of sauce?

For orders exceeding 12 jars of sauce in a single order, please contact us via email to receive custom shipping rates. E-mail: the bottlemerchant@gmail.com

  • What is your return policy?

Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All orders are considered final sale. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at thebottlemerchant@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you. See our Return & Refund Policy for damaged goods here.

  • Are there any allergens in Saucy Peppers?

Yes, our products contain Soy, which is a common allergen. Please take note if you have sensitivities.

  • Is Saucy Peppers Gluten Free?

Yes, we use gluten free tamari soy sauce in our recipe. 

  • Does the product need to be refrigerated after opening?

 Yes, Saucy Peppers must be refrigerated after opening to maintain freshness.

  • Where can I purchase Saucy Peppers?

Currently, our products are available exclusively through our online store. You can purchase them directly here on our website via the SHOP tab. 

  • Do you offer international shipping? 

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We recommend signing up for our email newsletter and following us on social media for updates.
